We explain the analytical method that connects management and space, based on the seven elements of an organization (Style, Staff, Skills, Strategy, Structure, System, Shared Value). You will learn the transformation perspective necessary to achieve the "ideal state."

【3】Redefining the Office: Challenges and Solutions

We examine the challenges faced by modern companies, such as promoting remote work, reviewing HR evaluation systems, and optimizing space efficiency. We introduce how to redefine the office as a "management asset" and present architectural solutions that support new ways of working.

【4】How to Implement Workplace Reform (Soft × Hard)

 We clearly explain the process of visualizing the organization's current status through interviews, surveys, and workshops, and translating that into design elements like zoning, layout, and ICT implementation. You will also learn practical approaches to "reflecting employee feedback in the design."

We introduce an office relocation project aimed at breaking down departmental barriers and fostering a "one-team" culture. We introduce a design case that visualized employee challenges through survey analysis, and which implemented an open space to promote communication.

We introduce a case where a new headquarters was constructed to embody the organizational culture, following extensive discussions between management and employees. You will learn a real-world example of an "office that broadcasts work styles," integrating free-address seating, café spaces, and brand communication.

【7】Case Study 3: Workstyle Guideline Creation Support

We introduce a project that standardized office reform across an entire group. Through a successful example of simultaneously designing systems and spaces—including efficiency improvement, free-address systems, and functional zoning—you will deepen your understanding of the importance of "design guidelines."

【8】Post-COVID Office Design (Special Edition)

We examine post-pandemic office design from the perspective of infection control and BCP (Business Continuity Planning). We discuss the future direction of flexible and adaptable space design, using the keywords "distance," "partition," and "touchless."
