Notice Regarding the Issue with Recording Lecture Completion Dates on ArchEd+ Academy
Thank you for using ArchEd+ Academy.
We have identified an issue in certain user environments where the “Lecture Completion Date” is not being recorded properly. Please find the details below.
■ Issue Details
In some cases, completing a form lecture does not record the “Lecture Completion Date.”
As a result, the system does not recognize that all lectures have been completed, and the course completion notification email is not sent.
■ Occurrence Time
Since around 17:00 on December 3rd
■ Cause
Impact from the system update released on December 3rd
■ Current Status
We are currently working on fixing the issue and expect to complete the correction within today.
For affected users, the lecture completion and course completion timestamps will be updated sequentially.
Once the data is reflected, the course completion notification emails will be sent automatically.
