【Page Loading Delay】Service Issue Notice
We are currently experiencing an issue on ArchEd+ Academy in which some pages take an unusually long time to load.
■ Issue Details
Page loading may take significantly longer than usual
In some cases, a timeout (loading error) may occur
The issue occurs intermittently across multiple pages, including video pages, course list pages, and the top page
Occurrence time: Around 8:30 AM (JST) on Tuesday, November 25 – Investigation ongoing
We are continuing to investigate the root cause and will provide an update as soon as the issue is resolved.
